Mission statement and values

As a company we have responsibility for our customers, partners, employees and society as well as for our environment. We are conscious of this responsibility and therefore have defined three lines of action, describing how we want to contribute to a sustainable economic development:


In order to be able to live up to the rising demands on innovations made in Germany, we focus on proximity to research groups and universities. Thereby, synergies can be used in order to realize our quality goals in a sustainable way. The entire development and assembly is exclusively made in Germany, either by affiliated companies or by our in-house assembly. Thus, we are able to act fast and flexibly and guarantee consistent quality.

Fair partnerships

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We focus on electronic solutions, which are particularly tailored to the customers' needs with the aim to provide a superior service. This goal is based on a confiding collaboration with our customers and suppliers, which is based on a mutual give and take. In addition, we see our employees as partners whose competences we benefit from as a company to a particularly high degree. This is why satisfaction of employees and the support in professional development, also considering family conditions, are important goals for us.

Societal responsibility

A company basically benefits from the investments of a society in infrastructure, education and political stability. Therefore, we wish to contribute to a positive society and follow the example of an honourable merchant. This is why we have committed ourselves to exclusively assemble our products in Germany under the most severe environmental regulations. As far as the procurement of components is concerned, we also try to find suppliers whose manufacturing is located in Europe, in order to be able to guarantee adequate societal and economical standards. Furthermore, we do not develop and sell products which are used for military purposes or in gambling machines.
