Are bosses allowed to curse?

According to common opinion, managers must always have their emotions under control, be neutral and objective and must not allow themselves to make mistakes. In theory, perfectionism certainly is a desirable goal. But it is better for mental health if leaders and their employees are aware that everyone can make mistakes. This brings relieve for people and subsequently leads to more respect than constant role playing.

As part of the “Understanding and using Artificial Intelligence” event of the Mittelstand 4.0 Competence Center Lingen on January 26, 2021, Managing Director Dr. Christoph Budelmann talks about concrete practical examples. The event is aimed specifically at small and medium-sized enterprises that have had little or no contact with AI. The lecture from our company introduces the image processing and AI basics.
