Specialist presentation at Embedded World Conference

Within the scope of the Embedded World Conference, Managing Director Christoph Budelmann talks about “Bringing IoT into Harsh Environments: Security and Reliability with Optical power and Data Transmission for Ultra-Low Power Sensor Nodes”. His presentation on March 14 provides information on the development of low-cost sensor nodes which are powered by optical fibers and exchange data. The new approach is based on low energy circuits as well as energy harvesting principles. Thus, the cost of energy supply decreases significantly, making the system interesting for mass applications like the much cited “Internet of Things”.

The Embedded World Exhibition & Conference, taking place March 14 through 16 in Nuremberg, informs manufacturers and developers of hard and software about novelties in the sector of embedded systems. This year the focus is on “Securely Connecting Embedded World”. The trade fair which is accompanied by a conference is perfectly suited for representing the activities of Budelmann Elektronik GmbH.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in the audience. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to arrange a meeting with Mr. Budelmann.
